I felt with the circumstances of Covid the store was protecting their employees and the customers. It was obvious that protocols were in place and being implemented. The sales associate was very friendly and made the transaction as smooth as possible. Great Job Pandora!

I was very satisfied with my visit to Pandora. I was greeted well and helped. I got what I was looking for.

I spoke to a woman named Jessica from La Plaza Mall McAllen location and she was very helpful. I calles maybe like 3/4 times and she was very nice throughout the whole time and she answered every question I had!

I loved the way everyone was treated and the service was magnificent. I store was really clean and everyone was taking their precautions at all times. I will totally go in again, I loved everything about it.

LUCERO had the store extremely clean. She only allowed two guest at a time. Which I think was a great idea. With everything going on in the world today. Hand sanitizer given on the way in. Given! No an option. Mask were on every employee. Highly recommend this store. LUCERO! She knew her product and gave 100% attention....Jay

Pandora is keeping the public safe by checking temperatures before going in and handing out hand sanitizer. Upon entry an associate greeted me and attended to me right away. I was looking for a ring for my gf and they were able to make recommendations and give me a variety of options. Very content with my visit to pandora.
