Today I visited pondra to purchase a beautiful ring. On my way in I was kindly greeted and given a brochure to look at pondras inventory, I already knew why I wanted so I went ahead and checked out the ring I had in mind of purchasing. I had to wait in line because of our current circumstances during this pandemic, but it wasn’t a bother what so ever. As it was my turn to go inside I was attended by Cristela, and she helped me through the whole process of sizing to purchasing my first ever pandora ring. She was so so so kind and was ready to answer all the questions I had. She made my visit short and simple but was very good informing me about everything i needed to know on my ring. Overall I 100% enjoyed my visit and all thanks to the help of Cristela. I am super happy with my purchase and am looking forward to my next.
