I loved the product. The staff were efficient and friendly. All my questions were answered.

There were several associates who greeted me upon entering the store. One of the associates assisted me when I was ready to select items. Arlene L. demonstrated how each piece opened and closed. She also showed me how the various charms would look together and how to best wear them as well.

The Salesperson Samantha was very helpful and even the manager helped to answer all my questions. Very friendly people, and also the store is really clean and organized! I would definitely come back.

I'm very satisfied with my experiences so far. This last visit I wish there was more merchandise to choose from. I was aware the final sale was ending soon, but a suggestion could have been made by requesting customers look online.
