Love the quality of the products

I purchased my my first bracelet on a cruise ship. It was the only bracelet in my size available, therefore the sales clerk offered me a discount & I was excited and paid for it quickly. Charms on the ship were very expensive.

The service and knowledge of products was great. The salesperson was very helpful and obliging. I am from Australia and returning home soon, so will probably not shop in this store again. Will visit San Fransisco store in next couple of days.

I walked into the store then Aleen greeted me then asked me what am I looking to buy today. She let me look and rings and bracelets and told me prices for them. Her service was helpful and fast. I am happy with my purchase.

I went in to took at the charms and the associate did a wonderful job at showing me some new collections. I loved a lot of the new Pixar charm I took one home with me !

I enjoyed purchasing a charm for my mom. There was so many to choose from and found the perfect charm. I will definitely keep on buying charms to fill up our bracelets.
