I was satisfied with this store because the lady that helped me find charms for my charm bracelet was very nice. She was also very helpful and willing to show me as many as I wanted to see. She facilitated my purchase and the charms in store are more than online so I liked the variety.

The staff member was friendly and patient with me. They helped ne understand how to put on a charm in my bracelet so that I am aware of how to do it correctly. They were fast in service and a good sales associate.

My overall experience was amazing! Although I had to wait for about 30 min by, by the time I walked out I did not regret it. I came in to look for some gifts for a few people and as soon as I walked it I was immediately helped by Arlene. I highly recommend going to this store and going to her for anything! She helped me decide, gave me options, and answered any questions I had!
