Going to Pandora is always fun for me. I enjoy the atmosphere and the salespeople are really great and knowledgeable. My husband and I appreciate Pandora for the big book which makes shopping easier for my husband and he gets the exact item I want without guessing.

Very helpful people. Had a lot of items, also easy to navigate. They have a good selection of charms and necklaces , rings and the convenience of pick up orders if not in store. Sales people gave me a lot of information on the many options that are available.

Sales associate was knowledgeable about the product. She went above and beyond on helping me find the the size that I needed. Good customer service on her behalf.

Tim was so sweet during our visit, I told him that I was buying rings for my bridesmaids so that I could give it to them for the day of the wedding. He gave me whatever they had in stock for the sizes I needed and searched the extra inventory. He went above and beyond for us. I was so grateful for him because he made my experience so pleasant. I would love to work with him again!
