The sales associate was very friendly, I was waiting for around 30-40 minutes in line, but the lady was very sweet and informative while helping me pick a gift.

I had an appointment with Margaret, Store Manager, to complete my Christmas for my daughters. Margaret informed me that the store was out of stock of the bangles that were on sale and would be able to exchange sample bangles for those bangles that were on sale. I purchase celestial dangles for my bangles that were in stock and I was very happy with. Margaret did an excellent job and professional sales skills to complete my purchase even though the store was very busy.
