I came in specifically for Star Wars merchandise. I was greeted immediately and shown the Star Wars collection. Samantha offered me a Pandora credit card to gain a discount, which I acquired. Got exactly what I sought for a cheaper price.

The sales person Marichu C knew her merchandise and that convinced me to make a purchase and I will be doing more

The sale associates were very helpful and very kind. They attended to my needs.

Rubi A did a great job cleaning a ring, while I waited I looked around. She was so nice and friendly. Was not pushy, but offered to bring anything I wanted out to try on. 10/10 experience, loved the jewelry and assistance.

During these Covid times felt very secure and safe by the sanitation procedures and people capacity. Also staff was very friendly and helpful on my exchange.

Brigitte E No.142839 was our sales person she helped us out. she was patient and very helpful. It was a very emotional gift for us because we lost our cousin to covid 19 recently and my sister was really close to him and the next day was her birthday I wanted to get a charm so it can remind my sister of him and she help us out and we bought his first initial S and a wing that represents love and guidance and when we gave it to my sister she was crying and so happy and she loved it so much thank you Pandora really appreciated the help.
