Friendly staff. Didn’t feel like they were holding back on showing what I wanted to see.

A gentleman named Arthuro working @ Pandora in the Valley Plaza Mall in Bakersfield CA was extremely friendly and most importantly helpful and patient. He was able to guide and find us the perfect choice for us.

Margaret was extremely friendly and helpful. Was willing to put together a bracelet I really liked. Was a great shopping experience.

I always purchase at pandora but for the first time the assistant manger at the location at Bakersfield was so rude ! All because I wanted to exchange my two rings due to being damage but she could of been nicer the way she came at me and I just felt like I would not feel comfortable to go there again. I was really upset but I keep my cool because I know how it is to work for customer service but the guy that end up helping me was the sweetest guy ever (ARTURO) he apologize about the issue and I had stated she should of been the one to apologize. But I just want to say thank you ARTURO for having that smile on your face the whole time and helping me out. He would be someone to be manger !

Th representative Rubi, was very helpful and patient in helping me to locate and choose the charm.

Brigett was amazing she showed us around the store and didn’t hesitate to show us what my wife liked. We really liked her customer service. We will definitely be back to buy more items from her.

I love My Store in Bakersfield California!!! Margaret the Manger is amazing !! She is so caring and does the best to take care of her returning customer and she is the best of the best love love her and Maria has such a beautiful personality she so funny and friendly.. AMAZING!!!

The Pandora sale associates are very helpful and friendly. The store is clean and easy to find the items I was looking for. They made me try on a couple of rings for size reference and I appreciate that.
