I am very happy with the professional customer service provided by Lynn and Zafirah. I did not feel rushed and was made to feel welcome in my shopping experience. They both took time to answer all my questions on different pieces of jewelleries. And they were very patient to take out the different charms to put on the bangle for me to try on with earrings and rings. They also gave me plenty of time to decide on the pieces of jewellery I want to get without being pushy. Lynn was very in tune with what I am looking for. They were very helpful and made the shopping experience an absolute delight and pleasure. This made me want to shop more.

Bridgett helped me with redesigning my bracelets. I was confused with how the open ban bracelets operated compared to the regular sterling silver bracelets. I wanted to upgrade my bracelets due to the sterling silver bracelets were hard to put on my wrists and stayed in my jewelry box most of the time. I spent a lot of money on these charms, I wanted to show off the charms but still be able to put on the bracelets with ease without worrying about loosing my charms. The open ban bracelets was the solution.

Margaret was so nice and so friendly well cleaning my bracelet and helping me find new charms to put on it. When they didn't have a Charmin store that I needed she called another store to see if they had it in stock and made sure it was ordered for me. All the sales associates were very nice and helpful and whenever I needed it as well.
