The Bracelet I wanted was not available on the store and I received a lot of assistance to get it shipped from another location. Everyone in the store was very helpful.

The staff is so helpful and know their products offering creative ideas and making the experience fun.

Every time I go to pandora the sales associates are extremely friendly.

I like how i was able to make a return with out a hassel. the nices sales paerson and was very noglinable of the products

Kourtney was amazing!! My sister and I went in not expecting to buy anything but Kourtney took the time to tour through all of the different charms and had us sold!! She was so sweet. We were on a budget and she was very patient with us! Will make it a point to come back for more charms!! Thanks Kourtney :)

Kourtney and Zafirah were very helpful. They had great personality’s and created a positive environment. My sister and I didn’t plan on purchasing bracelets but they kindly walked us through the store, allowing us to try different items on. Kourtney was efficient without being too pushy!!! Hope they get a shout out for their great work!!!!! We will definitely return to see these girls again.

I"ve never been to a PANADORA store before since I moved to Bakersfield five years ago. I walked in one day just to look around & saw the beautiful disney charms they had. And just loved it. My family and I are big disney fans, especially me. So little by little I started to buy dinsey charms for my daughter for a christmas. One christmas my husband gave a minnie mouse ring loved it. I like the people that work there they always recieve you with a smile and there always glad to help you.They have wonderful customer service.
