I went to exchange a ring and the service they gave me was very professional. They were super nice and respectful. Many of their rings are different so there are plenty to choose from. I think the exchange and return process goes through very smoothly, there isn’t much you have to do other than show proof of purchase along with your item. I already have 3 tings from here and they are still in very good condition from about a year ago.

The customers service was great. I did have a wait a little to be helped because there was only one sales associate on the floor, but I didn't have to wait to long. She also offered me a free pouch purse because my coupon was expired that I wanted to use.
