Anna J was very sweet and attentive. I went in looking to purchase a bracelet and a charm for my mom as a gift, she was extremely helpful when it came to sizing and picking out just the right one! I already have a Pandora bracelet that was ordered online and she so sweetly gave me an extra velvet bag to store it in (without me asking). Amazing customer service!
