The sales woman was very helpful in suggesting charms to add to my bracelet. She also informed me of the Black Friday deals.

I had a very friendly and helpful sales associate who helped me find everything I needed. The sales were also really good and the jewelry was at a reasonable price. I highly recommend that if ever at the Pandora in the Valley Plaza mall in Bakersfield CA, you ask for Zafirah. She really knows how to get you exactly what you need and she is incredibly nice.

I was satisfied because they were nice and outgoing. Thy also helped me very well with choosing a ring. They were a great help for a anniversary ring.

My Mom and I have been shopping @ this store for almost a year. They make us feel like family. Zafirah is the spokesperson for Pandora. She knows everything about everything (even more than the manager). She educates you on the product, ask you if you want to see it, presents it in a fashion Vanna White would be jealous, she offers you to try it on and ask you how you like it. She radiates enthusiasm, greets everyone with a smile and friendly greeting every she ever found herself in need my mom & I are here for here. You would think she owed the store, she cares that we are pleased with our purchase. I can't say enough great things about her. She is blessed above many women. Thanks be to GOD for her. When I win the lottery I am hiring her as my manager.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the warm welcome the workers gave me and my family. Also with the purchase which I’m more than excited with. Overall they I had a great first time experience in Pandora and would 10/10 recomend anyone to shop there.
