The store was open until 9 p.m. which made it convenient for me to stop after work. Also, I like to take advantage of the special promotions such as the free earrings with a purchase. Pandora products are outside my price range, so the only way I can buy the charms I like is if there is a sale or promotion.

The friendliness of associate. The cleaniness of the store. Also everything I was interested in was available in store at time I was there.

I was looking for clips to add to my bracelet. The sales associates, Brigett and Zafirah, showed me some great additions to my collection. I purchased several clips based on their suggestions.

Both Brigett and Zafirah were extremely helpful. They showed me a variety of charms, clips and necklaces that were available as part of the "Fall Favorites" promotion. They also reminded me about the one year interest free Synchrony Bank perk as well.

I went in for the fall 40 % off sale to buy charms for my bracelets. It was an extensive sale which expanded to many different charms, so I was pleased with the selextion.
