The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable with the products and was very helpful with looking for the right product. She showed me the merchandise and gave me feedback and overall was extremely helpful.

I had a ring that I wanted to exchange. I went to Pandora 3 different times because they never had my size. Their inventory said they had one of the size that I needed, but of course, the associates couldn’t find it. It wasn’t til the 3rd time in that they offered to order it online for me.

On a previous visit ASM Bridgette said i could get store credit for a pair of earring i bought when opened my cc, i went in and SM said she needed my receipt which i didnt have, i told her last time they looked up to which she responded due to a privacy law she couldnt do that anymore. She made me sign into my Sinchrony acct and i was not able to find the purchase on there, after like 5 mins she asked for my email address and it was there that she found my purchase history and the proof that i purchase my earrings there. She could of done that from the beginning, yet she went on about the privacy law that took effect on January therefore there was no way to look up my receipt according to her.

We were greeted right away. Huge plus!! The sales associate answered all our questions. Great! I didn't like being escorted to the exit/entrance after our purchase transaction. Felt a little... Okay were done, Next! Something caught my eye and I wanted to show it to my husband so he knows what to get me next time. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to do that.
