Did not like that EVERY part of the transaction was completed outside the store. No privacy. No chance to browse other items. No customers were let inside the store so it’s not as if this was due to crowd control.

I loved the way they gave me their option on how it looks or how well it would fit by giving me different sizes of rings.

I was not satisfied with my purchase simply because we couldn’t go inside to see the merchandise and browse around the store

The associate was asked about larger earnings in rose gold and she stated she only has small ones. Upon looking I found larger ones but I had already purchased the small ones.

My transaction was declined but still shows pending on my card

The wait time wasn't long. Margaret was very helpful and patient with me. She was able to locate a charm in the store that was no longer available online.
