I'd like to see more earring for cartilage. There should be more of a verity for them. They only had one gold one the shape of a heart that doesn't close. It would be very upsetting if I lose it because of that. I hope to return it the more I think about it.

There was no above and beyond experience when visiting the store. It was the day before Valentine's Day so the store was quite busy and even so I was satisfied with the friendliness and service I received by the salesperson.

I really liked Pandora. I do not see a specific problem with it besides the prices being a little on the expensive side for me.

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience, because of the sales associate. Very kind people, and a nice environment. I also liked how easy the process of returning/exchanging was.

The assistant manager told me twice that it looked like i had damaged the necklace or that i had put a chemical on it!!!
