I went into the store to reserve an item to purchase the following day but the only available associate was on her phone but she was helpful and nice when assisting me. Going in to make the purcahase the associate who helped me was slow and spoke silently.

It was just an ok experience I needed to spend extra to get the free gift and she wasn’t very helpful with helping me pick out another charm. She had me book through the book, and told me she doesn’t usually do this but here’s the book I could just look through it. There wasn’t any other customers in the store. I have spent thousands of dollars in Pandora over the years and that was the first time someone has ever said that too me. I’m from Ohio and I’ve shop in the Kenwood store a lot.

I needed to know the size of a ring I brought in but there wasn't a ring sizer in the store. It made it difficult to know which ring to buy. I almost walked out without purchasing anything but I fixed the problem myself.

Sales associate was extremely nice but had to dig everything out from under the counter so I felt limited to my options.
