Pandora Jewelry

I went to look for a certain safety chain for my bracelet and also I was looking for a fairytale crown. But the sales associate told me that it's all sold out. I wish that what you have online should have at the store. I got disappointed. I had to pick others then what I wanted. Sad

Was looking for some of the limited edition Pandora Shine jewelry, but this store didn't receive any. Not their fault, but as this is the only local store available, I wish the company would provide them with at least a few pieces from the limited lines.

Lynn was a sweetheart! I loved her kind way of helping me. She was is very welcoming, definitely coming back again!

i think the price is a little bit too much.

It was a busy day at the store, but over all the staff worked fast and efficiently.

The associate was very pushy and very persistent on my purchase. I was going to purchase regardless i just feel she was very in my space and i felt push more to my purchase. Brigette was professional and nice just too pushy i wish she would of giving me my time and more space to shop comfortable.

The iPad broke down 3 times making the return take an additional 10 minutes while they figured out what the issue was. Why not use the register at this point I asked. I was told they aren't allowed to. Also. Please offer a free cleaning cloth with each purchase or a jewelry bag. Don't try.and sell me one. These charms are expensive and you as a company should offer a little perk for us buying, and a cleaning cloth for.you is nothing to give away.

The girl who helped me out was very bland I miss the old team of girls who were usually there they were all so sweet excited and helpful .
