Customer service wasn’t that great Associate seemed annoyed when asked questions

The Bracelet promotion was not available... and was only notified after the transaction or when I ask about it. which is actually reason why I purchased the items to get the Bracelet. So disappointing.

when selling a product do not tell the person that they are picking the wrong size. My boyfriend went to buy a bracelet for me and he told them my size and they told him he was wrong and to sold him the size that was too small for me! Listen to your customers they do know what they are talking about most the time!

I was probably the first customer there. I was able to get the item I needed to buy! Sales person was rushing to just do the sales. I had to ask if they had a promo going on for the Labor day weekend, she didn't really say much, just a sale on some items but she didn't show me. long story short when I was going to pay she change me didn't ask me of my information to create account & I ASK her if I need too & so say no! Also ask for the box to get gift wrap & lied to me that they have a "special" person ONLY on Christmas! I left & called a another Pandora store & WAS TOLD TO GO BACK & MAKE SURE THEY CRATE THE ACCOUNT & ask too gift wrap it year round. I wanted it gift wrap because it was a gift!!! drove back talked to store manager GOT ACCOUNT MADE & GIFT WRAP! store manager stated she will coach sales person. it was an inconvenience to go back but I was able to get the ring that I needed.

La persona llamada Lionali parece una tortuga para todo no sabe nada y tiene unas nails extra longe que no la dejan ni tomar las joyas de tan longe y no me dió autenticidad del producto gaste $600 y ella no sabe nada de la tienda

The representative was not friendly. She was not knowledgeable of products. She didn’t seem willing to help or make suggestions.

In the matter of 2 weeks I made two visits for the first time in any Pandora location. The first associate Coco was new and so kind and sweet. She made me want to return. The next visit and my last was a girl Yajaira who was rude and quiet. She didn’t ask me How my day was or if I needed help she was behaving like she was ready to ring me out and help the next guest. I didn’t appreciate that because I also work customer service and I get it the pandemic but a smile wouldn’t hurt. And I also waited in line for a while So it would Have been nicer to not be rushed out so quickly. Coco the other associate was very outstanding !!!
