Pandora Jewelry

I went into the store on tuesday & wednesday nights. Tuesday I was helped by Grace, Wednesday I was helped by Scott. Both nights I was helped from start to finish. I brought in the latest catalog, and Was able to see them all in person & made decisions on what looked best with the charms I already have. Plus I found others I hadn’t seen. Also they helped me with the current promotions to help me get the most bang for my buck. Also, Grace showed me the gift set with the green jewelry case & a bracelet , 2 clips & 1 charm that was 20% off. I love everything I bought those 2 nights. Also I was able to exchange a Disney Ariel’s dress charm that had a dark spot on the front of the dress. The exchange went smoothly & I’m so glad there was another in the store so I could exchange it right then. Each time I shop st Pandora, I have a great experience & recommend them to anyone.

I enjoy the products the design is great and my wife and kids love the bracelets.

The sales associate had answers to all the questions. She has immense patience and I as a customer felt very comfortable. I have had couple not su good experience in the past.

There was a particular piece which was no longer available... Sales person tried to find it in other stores. I called another store in Danbury and spoke tithe assistant manager who was also very helpful. To gettin particular piece of jewelry it was necessary to call 3 stores. Which was done. Each store was extremely helpful. You have excellent people working for you!

The people who work at this location are very friendly and helpful. They take their time to show you merchandise without the pressuring you to buy. A lady who works there named Grace is very friendly and helpful.
