At first the sales person didint' think they had the bracelet in the right size. But they did. They didn't carry as many charms for the mesh bracelet that I would have liked. I was looking for more choices. They did not have a gift receipt for me. I made one on the computer by taking out the prices myself.

In numerous visits i feel that there are not enough sales associates available and you are stuck waiting around until one becomes available.
