On the website says on purchases over $125 you get a jewelry box. The salesperson said they ran out of the jewelry boxes. Very disappointing.

I was in America visiting my daughter. I was buying her a charm to signify our visit. I wanted to pay by credit card as had only a few dollars left. The iPad paying machine was ' acting up' as the sales assistant said - she tried 3 times and still unable. I'd used the card elsewhere so I knew it wasn't the card. I had to use the cash I had left which I wanted to give to my daughter. Therefore I also had to draw money on it to ! Not good service I'm afraid. It also made me uncomfortable as the cashier put it through 3 times !!!

MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT SOMETHING FOR A GIFT TO HER SISTER SHE NEEDED TO EXCHANGE IT. THE EMPLOYEE WERE SO RUDE ABOUT EXHANGING SOMETHING, NOT A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. DONT QUITE UNDERSTAND YOUR PROCESS ON WHO OWNS WHAT STORE SHE MADE US FEEL SO BAD THAT NOT SURE I WILL WANT TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN. HAD AN ISSUE EARLIER IN THE YEAR WHEN WE BOUGHT SOMETHING WITH CASH THEN HAD ISSUES THEN. WHEN BUYING SOMTHING SERVICE IS FINE ANYTHIG ELSE ITS TERRIBLE TO THE POINT I DONT WANT TO RETURN.

fui hoy con toda la intención de obtener mis primeros brazaletes. para el precio de los accesorios lo único que esperaba era obtener un excelente servicio al cliente, y no el peor servicio de toda mi vida, creo que me hubiesen atendido mejor en la tienda del dollar tree. Considero que es super importante el servicio en este tipo de tiendas porque es lo que hace la fidelidad de un cliente, pensaba comprar mas joyas pero con el servicio que obtuve solo quise hacer las cosas rápidamente, inclusive adquiriendo un brazalete que no es mi talla. estoy realmente decepcionada.

When it was my turn to be helped by a sales rep, the sales rep only stood there until I asked to see a charm. I was not offered the high quality assistance I watched this sales rep and others provide to non purchasing customers. I had to tell the rep to offer suggestions, show other merchandise etc, I was treated as if I could not afford anything in the store. If I had the option/rather the time to go to another location or order offline, I would have walked out! I did not appreciate being treated like a second class citizen! I have and will continue to speak on my experience at this location, as well as not recommend this location to anyone I know. Thank you

I was highly satisfied with the assistance Elllen offered. She helped me style two bracelets and gave me ideas for future arrangements of charms. Always helpful!
