The Sales Associates (Roger, Ellen, and Grace) really get to know their customers and go out of their way to provide excellent and personized assistance. Roger remembers my charms and helps me make purchase decisions that I will be happy with over the long haul.

Grace and Roger helped me play with new designs in a very relaxed setting. I did not feel rushed and by the end of my visit, I felt I had direction for old projects as well as a couple of new ones!

The absolute best thing about my Pandora experience was the Sales Associate that assisted me. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what choices were best for my gift needs. She was also extremely friendly and kind, along with efficient. Doesn't really matter the quality of your merchandise...if your team isn't kind and knowledgeable, most will leave before ever seeing your product. That was certainly not the case for me on saturday at the Stamford Mall, I only regret that I do not recall her name. I hope you can tell whoever it was, that she made a difference in my purchase, and in my day.

Excellent customer service, wonderful staff and a great variety of merchandise. Sales associate was great and offered good advice, which was great because this was my first Pandora purchase.

The general manager was knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful. He even hand polished a retired bead on my bracelet that i was nervous about having cleaned.
