Spoke with salesperson Shelley, prior to coming to store. Asked questions about what I was trying to purchase. We were running close to closing. She had package all my purchases and showed us each piece and then rewrapped them. She never made us feel rushed out the door. Her efficiency made it all go smoothly. Appreciated her knowledge a lot.

My associate was very knowledgeable. She gave sincere recommendations for the bracelet I was choosing - silver or rose gold - and what size to choose. She was quite open to sharing the pros and cons for the metals as well a how each looked on me.
