This was my first time in a pandora store. I was greeted when I walked in and asked what I was in search of, I told her rings and she directed me to them plus got my ring size! Which was great because I’ve never been sized before. She Helped me find the perfect ring for myself.

Customer service is always the best when you enter the store. No matter if staff is working with another customer they will greet you with eye contact.

I loved how they helped me find exactly what I wanted . They showed me different styles and charms . I even liked that they listened to the fact that I liked Mickey and minnnie . I got a minne charm
