The sales associate was great and helpful. I knew what I wanted when I went into the store and she was ready to show me. I used the Black Friday deal to get 3 rings. Very happy.

Michelle was very well versed with all the charms I choose, she and I have the same taste in charms and this helps me every visit. She is so down to earth and makes me feel like family instead of a customer every visit to the store.

For anything with which I requestes assistance, the response was a prompt, "Of course!" The store had clear markings for the flow of "traffic". And all young ladies were dressed well and we'll groomed.
