I was greeted immediately upon entry and the sales representative was very friendly! I’m new to the Pandora family so I’m still learning about the products and she was very knowledgeable!

I was greeted when I entered. The sales reps were professionally dressed and kind, even a bit bubbly. Mostly I was impressed by what must be strong leadership /management at this store. The sales reps were able to confidently convey what must be new policy (no cleanings), while being respectful and provided instructiona for how I could do it. Great work!

I found the exact ring I was looking for. The associate was so helpful with figuring out what my ring size for it was. And she was very nice and store was very organized and easy to find what I wanted to look at.

The associates were very friendly. The supervisor was so kind in that although my bracelet was a couple months over in warranty that she would still allow me to exachabge out my bracelet because it was hard to close & couldn’t be fixed.
