The customer Service is phenomenal! I came in to see if my bracelet could be repaired due to one of my strings was damaged and the replaced it with no problems.

When we walked into the store they greeted us and attended to us right away. They were also helping us find the product that we were looking for. They also felt apologetic when they didn’t have the product we were looking for. They did tell us that if we wanted to we could go on line and purchase the product.
