I came in and easily found what I was looking for. it did take a minute to be greeted, even though a employee was standing behind the counter right next to me. checkout was easy.

Independence Center is by far my favorite place to shop Pandora. The staff is always very sweet and knowledgable :)

There was this really nice lady helping me out pick out a ring for myself. She was very patient and overall very welcoming

The experience of the staff was very much appreciated. I will most likely return to this store my additional purchases. However, last night Sept 28th one of my recently purchased clip on charms fell off the bracelet. The other one is still in place. I spoke to staff member at the Independence store this morning and she did say that sometimes there is a manufacturer defect which could have caused it to fall off. In my opinion this happened to me last night. She recommended I contact the Pandora Consumer Affair office that it is possible Pandora will replace the lost charm. Last night was the only time I wore the bracelet with the new charms I purchased on the 28th of Sept. I’m totally bummed on losing and hope Pandora will replace it given the its only been 1 day since it was purchased and that it a manufacturer detect was the cause of the loss. I will contact the Consumer Affairs office tomorrow during their normal hours of operation and hope for a favorable outcome on a replacement. Thank you.

Great shopping experience

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The sales associate was very pleasant and knowledge. She was so helpful and patient with me.

The employee was very professional. She was very patient & not trying to rush to the next customer. She explained the product's very well. I actually ended up getting a charm that she suggested. I will be going back

The store I visited had everything in stock that I was looking for. I wanted to visit the store vs on-line purchase so I could judge the size of of items in person.

I love Pandora beads and charms . the store is always clean and the sale people are very helpful
