I always experience great customer service when i go to a Pandora store

The overall experience was very good. The sales associate I had (a guy) was very knowledgeable and nice! The only issue I had was that the other sales associates would interrupt us talking to ask him to watch something or help them with something. They should’ve been a lot more polite about that. The price was decent. But overall I’ll go back to this one, but I’ll only be working with the sales associate I had before.

I was highly satisfied they have the gift I wanted they help me quickly but took their time in explaining the different details of the product for me.

I asked for a charm that would represent the passing of my husband. She quickly made a suggestion of the angel charm...it was perfect. She rang me up and I was out of the store within 15min. I just got my bracelet for Christmas and trying to get it half full before next Christmas so I will be visiting the store again really soon Thank you.

The service was great and the sales associate knew what she was talking about. I came in to get the teardrop ring but left with the timeless elegance ring. Only because of the popularity of the teardrop ring , but other than that it was a very great experience.
