the girls that were in the store were so friendly and helpful... my husband thought he bought some charms for my charm bracelet but they were the locket charms.... the girls helped up pick new charms for my bracelet and the exchange was so smooth. they told me the store cleans jewelry which i did not know and they told me about the cleaning cloth. it was a great experience and it was FUN!
