Everything was perfect. I had never shopped there before so it was really nice to have someone that could tell me about the jewelry.

The staff are always outstanding. Other retail business could take lessons from these ladies!

The employees as always are wonderful and helpful. Thank you Tava for helping me get my survey done before coming in. Iam actually doing my survey this time on my daughters computer because I couldnt again on my own in internet exployer or Google chrome. Thanks ladies for always being pleasant and helpful.

Again my girls at Independence came to the rescue. Ms Mariah (shining star) chase down and located, had ship to the store a charm Ive been wanting and couldnt find. But the real challenge was your website not allowing me to do my survey after spending 2 hours on hold for your customer service number (NOT GOOD). Finally out out of total frustration I called Mariah and Pava saved me when the rest failed.. PROMOTIONS .... these ladies deserve my gratitude and Pandora's. They should be smelling raises $$$$$ in their future.

The associate was very friendly and helpful. She helped my boyfriend and I pick out two charms that fit me. She asked my hobbies and I found a perfect charm that fits it. Although I spent more than I intended to, I’m very happy with my charms and can’t wait to get more!!!

The sales clerk seem to be new to the job, but the manager was right there to help her. They didn't rush me to make a decision. They was trying to help me. They help me to find the perfect charm for my daughters backlit.
