The associate that work with me was very kind and knowledgeable about the products and was aware of what I had on or what I was wearing to know what I might and may not like. She even gave me input on the things that she does and what she likes and how she went about her Pandora's and the opportunities of getting more options.

The sales associate was friendly and professional. She was patient and helped me find what I was looking for. Answers my questions and asked for help when she didn't find what we were looking for.

I was very pleased with the promotion that was being held of a free bracelet with a $100 purchase.

I had been wanting to buy a bracelet for a while. And when I was finally able to get one. I was more then happy at the experience. The sales associate was very good at helping me decide which bracelet I wanted. From the size to the charms.

Molly was very friendly and ready to assist. She greeted me as soon as I came into the store. Molly let me know that she would be over to assist me. I appreciate Molly acknowledging me right away.

When I called to see if the store had a safety chain I wanted, the sales associate was very friendly and the product was available in the store. When I arrived, the store was busy due to it being the day after Mother's Day, but they had a system to keep track of patrons. Lastly, the assistant store manager was very helpful and noticed that my Pandora bracelet was frayed and replaced it with a new bracelet. I was very pleased with this, since the reason why I purchased a safety chain was because I was afraid the bracelet would break sooner or later. I also liked that a graduation charm with the year 2018 was available to commemorate my recent graduation. Thanks Pandora Store at Independence Mall in Independence, MO.

I had a chain that was given to me in Aug for my birthday and it tarnish and I was not able to clean it. So the store offered to clean the chain along with some other pandora jewelry I had. The chain was still tarnished and the associate offered to exchange it and for that I am highly satisfied.

As always the staff were outstanding!

Everyone was busily giving good service to customers. I brought in a bracelet I'd worn for about three years that had broken. Tava explained to me in a nice manner that it was out of warranty and it couldn't be repaired. I said I understood that as I had worn it night and day since it was my medical bracelet. I had a lady bug charm on it and I said I'd like to have it if they could get it off. It took some"doing" but it was returned to me along with the clasps I had added to my old bracelet. I then bought a new bracelet for my lady bug my husband had given me. I came away pleased at the good service I had been given.
