I am highly satisfied because the store is clean and the people that work there are very helpful and very nice.

I high recommended people buying their jewelry's there because they can buy whatever beads or stuff they would want to buy for their memories or shows of who they are.

I received two gift certificates for my birthday to Pandora. I went to the store in Independence Mall and the ladies there were very nice and quite helpful with my decisions of what I wanted. They didn't have this certain ring I truly wanted, but I did find another that was just has nice. I will be returning for all of my charms and other things that I find. Thanks

The associate was very prompt on welcoming me into the store. She was very friendly and polite. There was also a large selection of merchandise and they even had a bead I was interested in that wasn't available in the online store.

The ladies in the store were so nice and helpful. They cleaned up my bracelets for me while I shopped around.

The associates were friendly and very helpful. I lost my clip and came in to inquire about a safety chain for my bracelet. They explain to me the difference between having a clip and the safety chain. They also offered to run my bracelet through the cleaner without me requesting it.

Customer service was great, several suggestions, extremely friendly.
