I went to the store at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS. The ring I wanted they did not have. But they did look all over the store for it. They apologized and I asked if they have the ring at the Independence store. They said yes. The sales woman called the Independence store to hold on the ring for me. I wen to the store in Independence and the sales woman was very nice and quick with the service. She provided a catalog and told me about the return policy just in case.

I was able to purchase a necklace I thought had been discontinued, the buy 2 get 1 free incentive and very nice sales associates.

This store is very clean an all the staff were extremely friendly, even though they were very busy. I absolutely love PANDORA

I was satisfied with my experience because she laid out options of the charm bracket I was buying. She also showed me many charms to go with the bracelet and which ones were in my price range.
