The staff were FANTASTIC!! I loved the special attention I was given and they were so friendly and patient with me. I am from michigan so I won't return to this store but I always have a great experience at pandora!

Sales associate very familiar with the products. She was very kind and gave me lots of information on the new lines and those that have been retired.

I hate going into this specific store. This visit I was greeted by 1 associate, and I told her I was looking for rose gold charms. She told me they were spread out in the cases. I asked if all charms were displayed, and she said yes. I viewed all charms on display, and was going to leave empty handed, when a different associate, Angelica, approached me, and asked if I was finding everything ok. I told her I was disappointed that there a lot more rose gold options online. She said they have a lot of other rose gold charms not displayed, and started pulling out a lot of other option. The other associate obviously doesn’t care about helping the customer, like Angelica does. This is my normal experience at this store. Some associates wanna actually spend time helping you, and others just want you to find what you want in the display case. If that’s how you want your customer to shop, then display all of the charms! Really miss having Pandora in Jared’s. They were great! I also did a return at this store for $300 of items I purchased online, and they made me feel very uncomfortable!!! Please fix the service in this store.

I purchased a ring in Dec 2021. I have had to replace it twice due to stones falling out. I have worn it only a few times. The first time was in Jan of 2022 less than a month after I purchased it. The second one lost stones a couple months later. Either March or April. I put it in the box and left it there until I was near a Pandora store. I took it back yesterday. They said I couldn't get a refund or exchange for another ring. It seems like the quality is very poor.

Your store location doesn't have proper A/C so during the transition it was extremely warm and if I wanted to buy more it was so warm that I was just ready to go...😔

I received my bracelet and charms as a gift, and I needed to exchange them. However, they were purchased w/a 10% off first time card purchase and instead of being able to trade for equal value, I lost the 10% and had to pay the difference. Very unsatisfying.
