Not greeted coming in as others were 5 min after me. No 1 asked if I needed assistance and the item I wanted the store out of and my cashier did not really know items

I was not approached by the associate that was near to me when I walked in the store. She - Brittany kept "stocking" or putting away items and another associate who initially was turned away from me turned around and greeted me and began to help me. Brittany kept "stocking" and when I completed my transaction she told me to have a good day and thanked me for coming in. I don't know why Brittany did not greet me as she was the first person I saw. She was in the center of the display case unless, the manager instructed her to only "stock" items and thank customers for coming into the store.

This is not for the survey I'm doing but om Sept 21 I purchased 2 separate orders online $125 each to get the pandora bag. I kept checking the mail and nothing. So I went to track it and nothing. So I chatted with a lady she asked for the 2 order numbers and she couldn't find the order. She asked how did I pay for them I told her paypal, so she says we've been have problems with paypal you shouldn't use it. I told her I always use it. She said well you have order numbers but they are no good you need to reorder and not go through paypal. I said I won't even get the black bags she said that's right the promo is over. I told her that's not fair or my fault. I ask her to have a manager call me she said not possible you need to call in. So I called in and got the same results and this lady said she's going to do her best to help, but had the same answer. I was upset Ive done alot of business with Pandora. I dont even know if I will get a response from this but it was not customer satisfaction. Roma McAdams 816-729-7894

Overall it was a good experience expect the sales associate was told by me the customer a price range I wanted and she was only showing me stuff out of my range. It took me several times trying to tell her I did not want to look at things out of my range. After she stopped doing that the sale was more to my satisfaction.

The staff in the store didn't seem to be sure of what they were doing.The chain I purchased was packaged in a bracelet box instead of a necklace box.Also,I didn't receive a paper receipt and was told the printer was down.

We was not given a tutorial on how to close the bracelet, so my Fiancee was frustrated. Other than that it was a great experience.
