The sale items were easily located, but there was no option for a sheriff charm. There was a police charm. There were no small stud earnings most were designs. The associate seemed to be training and handed me the charm out of the case, then wrapped the one she was giving me.

I had to ask for a Pandora Box to store my bracelet when not in use. I also didn't get a bag. Finding a charm was over whelming. I think my associate was tired. It was after 8Pm and the day before Valentines Day.

It is a long distance to the store from my home. I was looking for the cruise ship, but it was out of stock. The process of finding the sales charms was labor intensive.

Just went in for a gift card. It was crowded and the lady that helped me was trying her best to accommodate me... not a bad experience at all... just wasn't anything extraordinary. Didn't need a lot of help with anything except purchasing the gift card

When I waked in there were 3 ladies standing at the counter talking to each other, I stood there almost 10 minutes & another customer walked in & they helped him right away & after that I was asked if I needed help. Worse service ever!!

Didn't have the correct size of free merchandise that was free for at least 125.00 spent. I now have a bangle bracelet that will just sit in my dresser.

There isn't that feeling of "family" anymore. All the staff is new and the people that took the time to really relate are gone. I could order on line with the same amount of personalized attention.

I came in on 8-11-18 to get my bracelet fixed because for some reason the clamp broke and there wasn't another one in the store. and they didn't know when the next shipment would be so now its the waiting game for it. and then I ended up spending 280.00 which that wasn't the plan
