I came in for a gift for my mother and I needed and waited for someone to help me but there was no one available. Other people were being helped but I feel the staff should have circulated with all customers.

A little high in price. Good quality of merchise though. Will be back though.

There was a special promotion going on which was great; however, a particular pair of earrings that I wanted was not in stock.

I specifically went in to purchase one particular bracelet from the summer collection and it happen to be THE ONLY one Pandora did not send to the store!

I was disappointed that I went to a Pandora store and a Jared store and neither had the bangle bracelet that was advertised. I spent over $200 in each store and was really looking forward to the bangle bracelet advertised. They both did provide an alternative bracelet. I literally spend well over a $1,000 each year in Pandora merchandise so I love the product but was just not satisfied that I didn't get the bangle bracelet that I would have liked to have.

on peak hours you should have more people on hand

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The stores are always clean

The lady who helped us was very nice. Although when she could not locate the ring we were looking for she ask another associate for help. Her reply was I think it’s on display you can go get it but it’s not like they will buy it. I thought it was very rude. We ended up buying it and another ring.
