Could give more details when trying to sell and explain the products more

The ring I wanted was not in stock.

When I first entered the store, it took several minutes before I was acknowledged, and asked if I needed any assistance. I originally had only wanted my Pandora cleaned, but I ended up making a purchase.

It's not likely that I will ever use the phrase "Highly Satisfied" with a shopping experience. I just don't like shopping that much.

The sales associate was friendly and was able to help me find another mom charm because the one I wanted was sold out.

There was a long line, the store was hot, I knew what I wanted and was ready to leave quickly.

Received a lower price item then ordered on line and was unable to exchange for the correct item purchased in the store.

I have purchased 5 grandchildren charms for my wife's bracelet in the past. That grandchild charm has been discontinued. Now I have to buy 2 completely different charms for 2 new grandchildren. This does not enhance the beauty of the bracelet at all. Why you would change charm designs in the middle of the stream is beyond me.

More staff was needed as I had to put my name on a wait list to be helped.

I don't know when I'll be back.
