The store is in a good location for me. With other stores close by for me to continue by shopping. The sales clerks at this location are very knowledgeable. Always friendly and kind. Helps me with making the right choice.

My pick up item was incorrect then I had 20 minutes to receive the right one I ended up bringing the item back and the associate act as if I didn't get it from the store proceeds to call someone who isn't on the clock and ask how to return an item I was very upset because their were other associates there she could've asked

I wasn’t told how to open the bracelet so I still have no idea on how to open this bracelet. The first associate was extremely rude as if she did not want to wait on a customer of color!

There was limited merchandise to choose from. The store did not have the complimentary charms for the online email saying ‘thank you’ if you purchased a bracelet for $65. I feel cheated.. I want my charm.

The reason why is I haven't had the rosegold bracelet not even a year and its wearing the color off. I didnt pay $175 for it to wear off and for her to tell me when she sales rosegold that it will wear off. She said she would call if they get anymore in stock, but it won't be a phone call im sure. I've dealt with this before with an issue. She wanted to give me customer care and I said I'm not calling there either ive dealt with that issue before leaving several messages and emails and no return phone call. I've even from the ratings how bad customer service is. I have7 bracelets. I have spent too much money on
