Well the only thing I didn’t like was every bracelet I like they didn’t have it in my size that’s so disappointing

The charms I went to the store were out of stock, there was not a good selection to choose from and the sales associate kept answering my questions with I dont know and didn't try to find out plus she kept saying "WHAT" AFTER EVERY QUESTION I ASKED. Totally dissatisfied with the visit.

Mariah was very friendly and helpful; however, there were some earrings that was priced wrong in the case ($70). Mariah tried to accommodate me and honor the price that was in the case. She said she had to talk to her store manager (Tava). When she returned, she said that her manager said there was nothing she could do. The price was whatever it was ringing up at ($75). I told her that I did not want those earrings and if the manager is not going to honor the price shown, she should change it. Tava was not very helpful and that is too bad. I purchase a lot of Pandora and that was not my first time in that store, but it will be my last. I will buy my Pandora at Jared’s from now on and tell my family and friends to do the same. I thanked Mariah for her assistance and helpfulness and the name of the unhelpful manager for this survey.

The woman that helped sell the jewelry was phenomenal. However I have two kiddos and so with being there it was difficult because some other customers were deff not nice or whenever you go if you have little kiddos it's not easy to maneuver. It's not a store I go into often just due to it's not necessarily marketed for those with kiddos. In the sense of I dont want my kids to run and knock into a display.

i just wish you had more bracelets that would allow you to slide your charms on and off more easily. the brackets just get so heavy i don't even want to wear them or when I do I can't wait to get them off. James Avery has a bangle that I use all the time to change my charms around according to what I am wearing that day and it does't take me forever to change the charms. I also believe your charms are way over priced. I have to say I'm really finding myself liking the James Avery products better. I have two daughters that I buy for all the time and now I wish I just started their collection with them, sorry that just how I truly feel.

I had a charm that fell apart didn’t want to replace it with the same charm. I wanted to pick something else, l was told l had to choose the same thing. I’m sure it will have to be replaced again. No more charms with moving parts for me…

Mikaelas customer service lacked tremendously. Idk if it was the color of our skin or simply because she doesn’t enjoy what she does. Either way, it needs to be evaluated. Every other item I was interested in wasn’t available for purchase in store. Every question we asked her, she responded with an “I don’t know, let’s pray we have it in stock.” She had side conversation with other associates & customers while she was suppose to be assisting us. It may have been a bit easier if we knew her name before walking away, but we patiently waited until someone told her we needed help. I don’t believe it’s our job to maintain the associates attention, it’s her job to provide that superior customer service, keep us wanting to come back to see her just as Juliette does each & every time with each & every customer. I was not pleased at all.

The sales associate were not knowledgable didn’t look presentable, there was left over food sitting in the corner of the counter, no collection available plus the sales associate were highly disappointing

Sale representative does not veer knowledge. And have an attitude due to the problem we have. Not a good sale. No commonsense.

I felt like I knew more about the merchandise than the three girls who were working at that time. Plus they were not helpful with suggestions. Charms are spread all over the store and difficult to locate. Also not much of a selection...there was more Disney than anything.
