Sales associate did not know what the Essence collection was. Found the charms and she didn’t know that what she was showing me was not a charm—it only had one hole. Very little selection to choose from and didn’t offer to order or ship to me. I went to Jared and they knew exactly what I was looking for and had it in stock.

I will not go to the location I bought items at the sales person didn't know anything about jewelry.

Girls were sweet, suppose to clean bracelets in 15 minutes. Came back over an hour later and had to wait another 30 minutes. If they’d have come out to explain why, it would have been better. We had people waiting for us that made it stressful. The charms were not put back on as I had them, not a problem, I can do that. As I said girls were sweet and store was beautiful.....I’m hoping they just got slammed after we left them. This was a free service and I appreciate it! So if I could go back, I’d remove my dissatisfied. I’m sure they did the best they could.

The store opened late. The sales associate was waiting outside the door for the manager to open the store. Manager was late and so the store opened after 10 a.m. (I was there on time because I had a plane to catch so we could go in right at 10, but no, it didn't happen). Once the staff were inside the store, it took how many more minutes before they opened the door. The manager was unfriendly. Sales associate didn't know the prices of the items I looked at (although she was friendly), and asked the manager who didn't seem to want to be bothered.

I was not satisfied because it was very busy, and while I understand that, no one paid any mind to me walking in or anything. I understand that it was Mom's Day but I should have at least been given a hello/we will be with you soon, I even stood at the counter and still no one said anything to me. When I asked for a mom's charm, the saleswoman said "we don't have any" even though they had been clearly displayed and had to ask someone else where they were. Once I got the charms, it was quick moving, but I was highly disappointed in the quality of the service I received, as well as the fact that your saleswoman did not know what merchandise you had.

The employees were hiding in the back instead of helping us. It was not until my girlfriend gestured to one till we got assistance. She was rude as well.

This store is missing something the atmosphere is drab not sure what you can do to fix it

I had a credit of $59.00 on my Pandora Card. I have to many cards and do not carry Pandora, Jarrods, Lowes, Home Depot, or Nebraska Furniture Mart. I had to go home, find the card, and then go back to the store the next day, just to buy something for my wife to use the credit on my account. They said it was a new policy. When I said I don't carry the card, I was told I should plan better. I have spent well over $2500.00 on Pandora at Jarrods and between $200 - $500 (I don't remember) at this Pandora store. I complained to the credit card company and they could no do anything. They said it is the individual owner's call, that some do manually enter the account number and some do not enter the account number. I live over 20 miles away and I do not PLAN my trips to this store. If I happen to be in Independence, I might decide to see what is new. When your owner changes this stupid policy, feel free to contact me so I can start shopping there again. Until then, if I want any Pandora, I will just go to Jarrods.

They were rude they sent me out the store with a size 21 bracelet and I’m a 19 because they were rushing. And she was trying to talk crazy to me.

The sales associate that helped us was very rude and seemed so uninterested in helping us. She seemed very annoyed with us while we were in there. Everytime we asked to see a charm it seemed like it was in inconvenience for her. We had picked out a charm and the price on the charm and what the sales associate told us did not match with what it rang up and when we expressed that we did not plan to spend that much and went back to look at the charms she seem highly annoyed. I felt like she was just trying to get us out of there.
