The rep totally gave me wrong and misleading information

Once again, I was stuck with whoever let's you in the store. I felt no connection the associate that "claimed" me. She kept asking other workers around her the answers to my questions, then I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was one of them. She tried to convince me into a different sizing saying the snake chains do not stretch, but I've been told by many other employees that they do in fact stretch. Everyone claims different things just to sell what they can instead of to meet the customers needs. There's no polite way to even ask for a different associate when the one you have isn't meeting your needs. It's to the point I'd rather drive to the next state over to shop at their pandora because this location is always so annoying and never know what I'm talking about.

Today was our very first time visiting a Pandora store and it was by far one of the MOST discouraging and disappointing experiences that we have had. We went in to purchase charms for two ladies. One a friend and one an aunt. We walked in and there was NO greeting. After a few minutes we saw an available associate (Kalie) who was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked about the sale that was advertised and she made me feel like I was inconviencing her... We observed another family looking at trays of charms on TOP of the counter with another associate (later found to be the manager on duty Kaila). When we asked for the same service Kalie attempted to deny that to us saying it was against store policy...We were going to leave because of witnessing other patrons getting better service. But we decided just to get a gift card. There's so much more to the experience but not enough room. I spoke to the manager on duty and plan to email the store manager. More over I work in (luxury) high end retail at the same mall and would never treat a client in such manor. The girls also were not dressed well or professionally. One had on strapped sandals in KC in Jan???

I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in. The associate did not know what she was doing. I wanted 30 minutes to pay on a mobile tablet they had, but she could not get that to work. So I then had to stand in line behind people who were there after me. I had to wait an hour total in the store when it took me 5 minutes to pick out what I want. This is the very reason why people go online shopping.
