For the holiday service was very quick due to the pandemic maybe have less customers in the store at one time but wasn't there no longer then 30 min.

The sales associate worked with me to select my 2nd pendant. I knew what I wanted for the original pendant that I selected.

My visit to Pandora was fantastic. The greeter at the door and salesperson was knowledgeable and very friendly. I was highly satisfied with the items I purchased. I will definitely return to the store again.

I love this pandora! I’ve been twice and hd great experiences both times. Yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Barbara at the bay shore mall. She was very sweet and patient with me, I can be Indecisive at times so I appreciated her patience. It was an easy and seamless purchase and I will come again, I was lucky to get in just before the Mother’s Day rush.

The only thing I’m highly dissatisfied is that I purchase 8 charms of letters to make my name Jennifer and is crazy that the diamonds wich is the nicest part of them have to be backwards , don’t like it at all
