I had received a pandora bracelet as a gift from a co worker and it was a size too small. I was able to bring the bracelet into the store, sized properly and exchanged with no issues. I also ended up buying two additional charms and the women helping me couldn’t be more kind and patient with my first pandora experience.

Purchased gifts for family because ghey love the disney collection. The associate was amazing, very knowledgable and the store is one of the nicest stores that i have visited

1. The store was welcoming there was no wait it was clean. 2. The staff was wonderful friendly and knowledgeable and the store manager was absolutely wonderful and helped me with my payment setting up my payment plan. 3. There was a huge selection of jewelry to choose from actually it was quite overwhelming and so much to choose from I could have spent every penny I had in there because it was all so beautiful!

I am highly satisfied with the quality but inexpensive products. I got my 1st bracelet last year and I just love it I started my daughters with bracelets too.

The staff was very friendly. My purchase was exactly what I expected. I was in and out of the store with no problems. When I returned the next day because my clasp was broken the staff quickly resolved my issue. Extremely satisfied!!!!
