At the Citrus Park, Fl store, we visited the store looking for bracelets and charms. Each time we were assisted by a young lady names Isabella. She was extremely knowledgeable and helped my granddaughter in the selection of jewelry. She took the time to help in the selection of charms, never did we feel rushed. Unfortunately, I don’t always get the level of service in retail anymore. And, that’s the reason for completing this survey. Isabella, on both occasions we visited, provided excellent service such that we will be going back to the store and recommending it to others.

Awesome service. I bought the heart bracelet and 3 charms. I had to replace the bracelet and 2 charms due to some sort of default. No problem with doing this. Everyone I dealt with was great.
