Love service and customer and sales person sweet

Jolie was an amazing customer service rep. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. I do wish there had been more of a selection, but realize it was right before Valentines Day. Also, only sports charms are golf, badminton and tennis? Perhaps that selection should be expanded?

Just a little wait due to capacity requirements but once in the store I was able to find and purchase the item I came in for.

When I arrived it was five minutes until 7 PM. The sales associate physically came from the back of the store and open the door and allowed me to come in and make my purchase. It was my daughter’s birthday and I was extremely content with a beautiful ring that she & I selected. If it wasn’t for your sales associate my daughter’s birthday would not of been a success. It was another sales associate who is standing physically right at the counter who acted as if she did not see or hear me at the door. This individual needs to be awarded for going above and beyond with customers. Her name should be on my receipt.
